1. General

• These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, online platforms, and the purchase of our products.
• By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
• Dolphy Fitness reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• For any inquiries or help, you can contact our support team Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 7 PM.

2. Products & Services

• We provide a comprehensive range of fitness and outdoor gear.
• Product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice; while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that details are always error-free.
• All products are intended for lawful use only.
• Product installation is primarily designed to be completed by the customer (DIY) using the provided easy-to-follow installation videos.
• For immediate support during installation, we offer video call assistance from our technical team.
• Where available, on-site technician visits may be requested; however, such visits are strictly subject to regional availability and will incur additional service charges.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as specified at checkout.
• Our payment terms require 100% advance payment via NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, and UPI.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, availability, and logistics.
• Following payment confirmation, products are typically dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 6 to 8 days.
• The company provides a tax invoice and a transport tracking number for every order.
• The risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed over to our courier or logistics partner.
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, strikes, or unforeseen events.
• If the primary receiver is not present and the parcel is accepted by another individual, that person must provide their identity to fulfil delivery requirements.

5. After-Sales Service, Warranty & Replacement Policy

• Warranty is strictly provided for electronic items only; manual products do not include a warranty for any parts.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage or issues caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
• Once a purchase is made, all sales are final; items cannot be returned for a replacement, particularly for clearance sale items.
• Upon receiving the product, customers must record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video from start to finish without any cuts or pauses.
• The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened and all contents inside.
• The product must be carefully checked for any damage or missing parts during this recorded unboxing.
• If any damage or missing components are discovered, the unboxing video must be shared with us as mandatory proof to claim replacement or support.
• Based on valid video proof, the company will provide the required replacement parts free of cost.
• Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.
• If all parts are received in good condition as verified by the unboxing, no replacement will be accepted.
• If extra spare parts are needed during or after the warranty period (including after 2 or 3 years), we can provide them at a nominal price, subject to availability.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including logos, product designs, text, images, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Dolphy Fitness.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Dolphy Fitness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our products for specific user requirements.

8. Privacy

• By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal information.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• The laws of India shall govern these Terms & Conditions.
• Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
