Mode of payment

You can pay online securely via NEFT, IMPS, Cheque / Cash Deposit or Google Pay. We also accept bank transfer. Please get in touch to initiate a bank transfer. Once the transfer is successfully received, we will dispatch your order. Cash on delivery is not available at this time.

SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time : 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed after 4 pm, it will be shipped in the next working day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates : 

The shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. It is charged extra as per actual contractual rates as settled with the reliable cargo companies.

Note : The price of our product / service does not include GST. Therefore, in addition to the price stated herein, applicable GST shall be an additional charge and shall be payable on the quoted price by the Buyer
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Dolphyfitness will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, Dolphyfitness reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Update over phone, email, Whats App or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Dolphyfitness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

At the time of delivery of your order if there any doubt in packaging or box you can write on proof of delivery copy and take a picture or video of box and sent to us, So we can proceed for replacement.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24 Hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

RETURN POLICY

We will repair and replace the products and resolve the issue of our customers. Please understand replacements are subject to availability of stock.

REFUND POLICY

Returns : You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Applicable manuals, paper work, parts and equipment accessories must accompany the return.

Refunds : Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your Bank payment policies.

Shipping : You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from Corporate Headquarters within 15 days. Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable. Dophhy warrants that the products sold by it are free from manufacturing defects ranging from 07 days to 3 months depending on the specific product. In trade transactions, clear defects must be reported immediately in writing, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the delivery (guarantee and notification of defects). If this is not met, all claims for defects are excluded.

This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product by Dolphy, and all transportation, shipping and return costs shall be at your expense. This warranty does not extend to any defect or problem caused by the negligence or acts of you or others, failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions furnished with the product, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear.

Dolphy WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including but not limited to use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise.

To Qualify for a Refund, all the following conditions must be met :

Products Spare Parts : The electrical parts and wear items are warranted for defects in material and workmanship for the above specified time period. This limited warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure resulting from or caused by improper assembly/installation, power fluctuation, failure to follow instructions and warnings in owner’s manual, accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. *Dolphy Fitness shall not warrant the performance of the heart rate system on its products, as the heart rate system performance varies, based on user’s physiology, age, method of use and other factors. And also we will provides you all the spare parts of our products with nominal price if you required in future, And Please understand spare parts are subject to availability of stock.
